Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Prioritise appointments and ensure effective time management
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across departments
2. Communication & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where appropriate
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents
3. Travel & Logistics
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Manage travel expenses and reimbursements
4. Meeting Management
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion
- Handling Official Social Media Accounts
5. Confidentiality & Documentation
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical)
6. Administrative Support
- Support in project coordination and tracking
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Manage office documentation and executive records
- Collating reports from all departments
- consolidating reviews
7. Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor and stakeholder management
8. Qualifications & Preferred Candidate PROFIL :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 6–12 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Experience supporting senior leadership (CXO level ONLY )
