Job Title: Executive Assistant to Founder

### About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to Founder who can provide strategic and operational support while managing high-level business coordination in a dynamic pharmaceutical business environment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, business acumen, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced leadership setup.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage Founders calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
* Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external business partners
* Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and business correspondence
* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Support in strategic planning, business follow-ups, and execution tracking
* Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments
* Assist in managing priority projects and leadership initiatives
* Maintain records, documentation, and MIS reports effectively
* Act as a bridge between Founder’s office and business teams
### Desired Candidate Profile
* Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience
* At least 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is mandatory
* Prior experience as Executive Assistant / Founder’s Office / Leadership Support role preferred
* Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities
* Excellent proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and documentation
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently
* AI proficiency and familiarity with modern productivity tools will be an added advantage
