Role Description
The Executive Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Surat. In this role, the individual will provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, manage expense reports, and coordinate schedules. Responsibilities will include preparing communications, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and ensuring operational efficiency in day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, with experience managing and maintaining schedules and priorities effectively
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports with keen attention to accuracy and compliance
- Strong Executive Support skills, including organizing meetings and handling confidential information
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid Administrative Assistance skills, including document preparation, correspondence drafting, and office management
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with office software, calendars, and communication tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
