Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant based in Coimbatore, with flexibility for some remote work. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive support, manage schedules, prepare expense reports, coordinate communications, handle routine administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of daily executive functions. The individual will act as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks
- Strong ability to prepare and manage Expense Reports efficiently
- Experience providing high-level Executive Support and handling sensitive information
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating flexibility and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and technologies such as MS Office
- Comfort and ability to work with the AI is a mandatory requirement.
