Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant, located in Greater Bengaluru Area. The Executive Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing communication, preparing expense reports, and providing executive support. Responsibilities include calendar management, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, handling confidential documents, and ensuring seamless administrative operations to support executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Experience providing Executive Support, including calendar and travel management
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Prior experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role is preferred
