Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Meeting Management
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal/external engagements.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including venue arrangements, virtual meeting setups, and agenda circulation.
- Prioritize appointments and ensure efficient time management for the CEO.
Meeting Coordination & Follow-Ups
- Prepare, record, circulate, and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).
- Track action items arising from meetings and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for updates, reports, and status reviews.
Travel Coordination
- Arrange domestic travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and itinerary planning.
- Ensure travel arrangements align with approved budgets and company policies.
Confidential Communication & Documentation
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Manage official correspondence, reports, records, and documentation for the CEO’s office.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records.
Reporting & Presentation Support
- Assist in preparing presentations, business reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Draft official emails, letters, and communication.
