About the Role:
This role supports the founder of & Fractional— a senior marketing leader working closely with founders across multiple companies.
It is a high-trust, high-ownership role at the centre of a fast-moving, multi-company environment, managing priorities, streamlining communication, and ensuring execution stays on track.
What You’ll Do:
Executive Support
- Manage a dynamic calendar across companies and stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Capture notes and track action items
Coordination Across Founders & Clients
- Act as a central point across founders, teams, and partners
- Manage contacts, context, and information across accounts
- Switch contexts seamlessly and ensure nothing falls through
Operations & Admin
- Manage travel, ticketing, and logistics
- Handle invoicing, expenses, and basic financial coordination
- Maintain trackers, documents, and systems
Who This Is For:
- High ownership and accountability
- Resourceful and proactive
- Comfortable with ambiguity and constant context-switching
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken communication; fluent in English (Tamil and Hindi are a plus)
- Strong coordination across phone, email, and messaging
- High attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, AI and productivity tools (canva and soxial media chops are a bonus!)
- Reliable in a remote-first setup
Work Structure:
- Remote-first
- 2–3 in-person catch-ups per month
- Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune preferred
