Bon-Cuisine is a fast-growing startup, and the Founder's Office is the engine room. As Executive Assistant, you won't just manage a calendar — you'll be the operating layer that keeps the CEO effective, focused, and a few steps ahead. This is a role for someone who thrives on ambiguity, runs toward problems, and takes quiet pride in making complexity invisible.
About the role
You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO on a daily basis, acting as a trusted partner across scheduling, communications, travel, special projects, and strategic coordination. No two weeks will look the same. You'll be looped into confidential decisions, high-stakes meetings, and cross-functional initiatives — which means discretion, judgment, and initiative aren't just nice-to-haves, they're non-negotiable.
What you'll do
- Own the CEO's calendar end-to-end — prioritizing, protecting time, resolving conflicts, and ensuring they're always prepared for what's next.
- Manage inbound communications, draft correspondence, and handle follow-ups with investors, partners, and senior stakeholders on the CEO's behalf.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel — flights, hotels, ground transport, itineraries, and contingency plans.
- Prepare briefing documents, pre-read materials, and post-meeting action summaries to maximize the CEO's effectiveness.
- Drive special projects and strategic initiatives end-to-end, often with minimal direction and tight timelines.
- Manage relationships with board members, key investors, and C-suite counterparts at partner organizations.
- Serve as a connective tissue between the CEO and internal teams — tracking priorities, removing blockers, and ensuring decisions land.
- Handle personal tasks and logistical matters with discretion when required.
What you bring
- 3–6 years supporting a senior executive, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong bias for action.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication — crisp, warm, professional.
- Comfort handling ambiguous, fast-moving situations with calm and clarity.
- Strong judgment around prioritization and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.).
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a founder's office or chief of staff adjacent role.
- Familiarity with fundraising cycles, investor relations, or board management.
- Exposure to early-stage startup operations or cross-functional coordination.
- Experience handling budget tracking or vendor management.
- Second language proficiency (a bonus for global teams).
