Job Summary:
A Business Coordinator EA primarily supports business operations by managing schedules, assisting in project management, coordinating communications between teams, and ensuring smooth execution of business tasks.
> Responsibilities:
* Managing administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and handling
correspondence.
* Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements for executives.
* Coordinating communication between staff and other teams or departments.
* Supporting project managers and executives in strategic initiatives.
* Organizing and overseeing company-wide processes and operations.
* Tracking project progress and ensuring timely completion.
* Serving as the point of contact between the staff and
internal/external stakeholders.
* Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
* Maintaining databases and records.
> Skills Required:
* Organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
