Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing executive schedules, preparing expense reports, and providing high-level executive support. The role involves maintaining efficient workflows, ensuring effective communication, and assisting with organizational tasks to support leadership in achieving strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Skills in handling Expense Reports and Executive Support tasks
- Strong Communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, scheduling platforms)
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience working with senior leadership is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
