Edit Lobby is a fast-growing creative operations company working with global clients and agencies to deliver high-quality video editing solutions. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations and coordination across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination for both founders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Maintain trackers, documents, reports, and operational records.
- Assist in follow-ups, task management, and project coordination.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and administrative activities when required.
- Organize and document meeting notes and action items.
- Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and project management tools.
- Prior experience in operations, coordination, or executive support is preferred.
