Position: Executive Assistant (EA)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Delhi
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities, with the capability to handle confidential information and manage day-to-day executive activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle email correspondence, draft professional communications, and follow-ups
- Organize travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
- Maintain records, documents, and confidential files
- Assist in meeting preparation, take minutes of meetings, and track action items
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling senior leadership (CXO level)
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
