Position: Executive Assistant (EA)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management
Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and task completion
Prepare reports, MOMs, presentations, and MIS
Handle emails, calls, and professional communication
Maintain confidential documents and records
Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office
Strong follow-up and multitasking ability
Well-organized and detail-oriented
