Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant, based in Sonipat. The Executive Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, provide executive-level support, coordinate schedules, and handle sensitive correspondence. Responsibilities also include preparing and maintaining expense reports, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination across different departments. Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail are key for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and handling Executive Support tasks
- Expertise in creating and managing detailed Expense Reports
- Strong skills in Communication and the ability to correspond professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency in Administrative Assistance with organizational and planning capabilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage complex schedules
- Proficiency in office software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling platforms
- Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-moving work environment
- Prior experience in a similar role and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
