Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive
Senior Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing daily priorities, coordinating business, and communicating with leadership.
This role requires strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and schedules with prioritisation
- Prepare daily plans, meeting briefs, and track follow-ups
- Ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by the Director
Business Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, HR, Projects)
- Track action points and ensure closure within timelines
- Act as a central communication link for the Director’s office
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards using Excel
- Create PowerPoint presentations for management reviews
- Maintain organised records and documentation
Communication & Confidentiality
- Draft professional emails and communication on behalf of the Director
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support internal and external communication requirements
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting the Director
- Proven experience in handling Director-level coordination and follow-ups
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (trackers, reporting) and PowerPoint (presentations)
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and structured business updates
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi & Bengali preferred)
Preferred Criteria
- Experience in corporate/real estate/consulting environments
- Exposure to multi-department coordination
- Candidates based in South or Central Kolkata preferred
- Age below 38 years preferred

Important Note
Candidates must have prior experience supporting a Director/Owner and preparing MIS reports and presentations. Profiles limited to administrative or front-office roles will not be considered.
