Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant/Office Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our office in Chandigarh. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will perform a wide range of tasks, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, and providing executive support to the leadership team. Additionally, this role involves overseeing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily office operations, and facilitating communication among internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will foster organizational efficiency and contribute to our collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
- Handle incoming calls and client inquiries.
- Raise invoices, email bills, and follow up payments.
- Coordinate attendance, leaves, and initial recruitment interviews.
- Manage office events and administrative tasks (letters, document dispatch).
- Direct support staff for director’s personal errands.
- Manage office inventory (samples, materials and stationery)
- Communicate regularly with marketing agencies, review creative content, and maintain marketing calendars.
- Post and manage content on Google My Business, Pinterest, LinkedIn.
- Take and manage site-visit photos, uploading regularly to Google Drive.
- Utilize ChatGPT/ AI tools for content ideation and marketing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 12th Pass or Bachelor’s degree.
- Fresher Or Experienced (Both are Welcome )
- Excellent communication (English, Hindi )
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with digital platforms and social media.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and basic AI tools.
