Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Design Factory India is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Executive Assistant will manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and organize appointments for leadership. Daily responsibilities include preparing and tracking expense reports, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting executive-level decision-making with timely information. The role also involves organizing internal and external meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring smooth office and administrative operations. The Executive Assistant will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintain confidentiality, and support special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Candidates should possess experience with Administrative Assistance and Expense Reports, including documentation, tracking, and basic financial organization.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with executives, team members, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities, with attention to detail and reliability.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (email, calendaring, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with digital collaboration platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information, work independently, and support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role; experience in design, architecture, or creative industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
