Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Delhi, India. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing expense reports, handling correspondence, and ensuring effective communication within and outside the organization. The role also involves maintaining records, preparing documents, and coordinating various office operations to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Skills in Executive Support, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite, and scheduling tools
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
