About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership with daily administrative and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior executives and leadership team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups on behalf of executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and documentation
- Maintain organized records, files, and confidential documents
- Assist in travel arrangements, bookings, and expense tracking
- Support cross-functional communication between departments
- Assist in basic research, data collection, and report preparation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations for the executive office
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, coordination, or assistant roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with calendar management tools
- Familiarity with documentation and report preparation
- Basic knowledge of office management and coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
