JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant
LOCATION OF JOB: Mumbai, India
REPORTING TO: Reporting to the President and the Head, India
Client: is part of a Global Management company HQ in New York and is a specialized strategic and operational wing within the Group.
While the Management company is well known for its credit and private equity business, the client serves as a critical link between the firm’s investment teams and the operational execution of its global initiatives.
Position Overview
Provide high-quality executive support to the country head and the head of human capital; coordinate day-to-day operations; manage calendars; ensure communication flows; and provide strategic administrative support.
Primary Responsibility:
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for senior leaders
- Handle confidential information with discretion; organize sensitive HR and business documents
- Coordinate reviews/meetings, people initiatives
- Prepare presentations, reports, minutes, and action trackers
- Manage global stakeholder meetings and visits
- Day-to-day office management
- Support employee engagement activities and events
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative bottlenecks
- Handle front office management and facility upkeep
- Address ad hoc requests as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to juggle more than one deliverable at a time and work in a fast-paced environment
- 15+ years of experience supporting leadership
- Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management
- Experience in global stakeholder management preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word
- Exposure to office administration
