Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Chennai. The Executive Assistant will manage daily administrative functions, provide direct support to executives, and handle tasks like scheduling, calendar management, and preparing expense reports. Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication on behalf of the executive team.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Experience in providing Executive Support, including calendar and meeting management
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle confidential information
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in office software tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in executive or administrative support roles is strongly advantageous
