Executive Assistant to the founder of indē wild
Job location: Mumbai
Type: Fulltime
Job Summary: As an executive assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing
the efficiency of the founder. This position requires a proactive, determined and resourceful go
getter attitude who leaves no stone unturned in achieving greatness.
Key Responsibilities:
● Be the go-to for handling texts, emails, and DMs like a pro, making sure nothing important gets missed
● Supervise the co- founder's calendar, appointments, meetings and events
● Plan and arrange comprehensive travel itineraries including accommodations and
transportations
● Handle the Founder's finances to ensure accuracy and relevant confidentiality
● Be the point of contact for the Founder for all stakeholders
● Independently liaison between all internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective relations
● Plan and arrange comprehensive travel itineraries including accommodations and Transportations
● Assist in styling for events and accompany the founder, as required.
● Execute end to end brand deals and ensure timely posts in liaison from the social media team
● Proactive in exploring growth opportunities for the founder
● Assist Founder in logistical management, as required
Qualifications:
o Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred
o Experience: 1- 3 years proven experience as an Executive assistant, preferably in the beauty, luxury,
skincare or products industry.
o Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent
the brand
o Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness. Exceptional ability to organize and multitask effectively, aka
OCD. Someone who can thrive working in start-ups.
Other details:
o Working days: Monday to Friday
o Working from office: 4 days in office
