Job Description:
We need an ultra-organized, high-energy, problem-solving Innovator who can anticipate needs before they arise. If you love keeping things running smoothly, juggling multiple priorities, and working at the heart of decision-making, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
This is mid-level job posting.
Be the right-hand to the Director—managing schedules, priorities, and critical tasks.
Organize high-stakes meetings, coordinate travel, and handle event planning like a pro.
- Keep things confidential while ensuring smooth communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare impactful reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Act as the go-to problem solver, anticipating challenges and handling them with finesse.
- Bring fresh ideas to optimize efficiency and enhance productivity.
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Qualification:
- 4-7+ years of experience as an EA or in a similar role.
- A natural multi-tasker and problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy with strong expertise in G- Suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
