Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Vadodara. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including calendar management, organizing meetings, preparing expense reports, and coordinating travel arrangements. The role also involves liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, drafting communications, and ensuring efficient workflows for senior leaders in the company. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Experience in handling Expense Reports and coordinating logistics
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability in Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and documentation
- Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
