We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing daily operations. The role involves handling schedules, coordinating with internal teams, managing client interactions, and ensuring smooth communication across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Directors calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics and documentation are in place.
- Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal departments.
- Follow up with internal teams on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables as directed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Handle communication with clients, including scheduling meetings and responding to queries professionally.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
- Support in organizing events, meetings, and conferences when required.
