Role Summary
We are looking for a mature, structured, and proactive professional to work closely with the Managing Partner of a growing professional services firm.
This is not a routine administrative EA role. The person will support the Managing Partner in managing meetings, priorities, follow-ups, dashboards, partner coordination, internal reviews, and key strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, meetings, agenda preparation, and coordination.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and track action points till closure.
- Coordinate with partners, managers, clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Maintain weekly Managing Partner dashboard for priorities, pending matters, and strategic projects.
- Support internal reviews, partner meetings, manager meetings, and business review formats.
- Draft emails, notes, presentations, meeting briefs, and follow-up communication.
- Track founder’s office initiatives such as operations, marketing, receivables, technology, and service-line projects.
- Handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
Required Skills
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Google Slides, Word / Google Docs.
- Ability to deal with senior people respectfully and firmly.
- Strong organising ability with attention to detail.
- Basic business and finance understanding preferred.
- High level of confidentiality, maturity, and ownership.
Ideal Candidate
The candidate should be structured, proactive, discreet, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. They should be comfortable tracking multiple priorities and ensuring that commitments made in meetings are followed through.
