The Group offers a range of specialized shipping and healthcare services with offices in APAC region.
Role Description
This is a full-time executive assistant role that is located on-site at the Group office at Chembur in Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will essentially be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance to the C-suite team across the Group's companies.
Basic duties include:
- Executive / Administration assistant to CEO / MD and associated group companies.
- Assist CEO / MD in admin tasks as necessary
- Prepare and update meeting schedules, calendars, travel arrangements for the Group's clients and employees, minutes of meeting and maintaining personal diary
- Communication with internal external stakeholders
- Act proactively to resolve problems
- Maintain records, assist with team hiring, communication, organizing social arrangements for employee welfare.
- Manage reimbursements for employees and travel arrangements
- General administrative and office assistance.
- Any other personal duties as may be assigned from time to time

Role requirements
- Strong English communication skills, both written and oral
- Previous experience in front end Customer service etiquettes
- Ability to go the extra mile to solve issues
- Experience in managing schedules and travel arrangements
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet and Email tools
