Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant and Customer Relationship Manager, based in Mumbai. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing inquiries promptly. Responsibilities also include supporting executive leadership with administrative tasks, calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence. The individual will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining organizational processes and operational efficiency. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage customer relationships effectively
- Proven skills in administrative support, including time management, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Proficiency in written communication, correspondence drafting, and report preparation
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills to handle dynamic priorities
- Proficiency with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and similar software
- Organizational and attention to detail skills to maintain effective workflows
- Relevant experience in customer service or executive administration preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage confidential information with discretion
