We are now looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Analyst to work directly with the Founder’s Office.
This is not a conventional assistant role.
This role is for someone who can bring structure to vision, turn ideas into execution, and help build one of India’s most respected animal welfare institutions.
Role
The Executive Assistant & Analyst will serve as a strategic extension of the Founder—managing priorities, driving projects, analysing data, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring flawless execution across key initiatives.
You will work across philanthropy, operations, fundraising, partnerships, brand, finance, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Founder’s Office Management
- Manage Founder’s calendar, meetings, travel, and strategic priorities
- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, notes, and follow-up trackers
- Prioritise inbound communication and ensure timely action
- Act as a gatekeeper while maintaining warmth and professionalism
- Anticipate needs before they arise
Strategy & Analysis
- Build presentations, dashboards, reports, and decision memos
- Analyse operational metrics:
- rescues
- adoptions
- sterilisations
- donor performance
- fundraising campaigns
- CSR pipeline
- Conduct research on:
- grants
- corporate partnerships
- policy developments
- global best practices in animal welfare
Project Management
- Track cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
- Coordinate with vets, operations teams, finance, legal, marketing, CSR partners, and external consultants
- Maintain accountability trackers and ensure deadlines are met
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Draft professional emails, speeches, presentations, proposals, and internal notes
- Interface with donors, board members, corporate leaders, government stakeholders, and partners
- Maintain high confidentiality and diplomacy
Special Projects

Ideal Candidate
- 3–8 years experience in Founder’s Office, CEO Office, consulting, investment, startups, philanthropy, or strategy roles
- Exceptional written and verbal English
- Strong analytical ability
- Highly organised with obsessive attention to detail
- Strong PowerPoint / Excel / Google Workspace skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity and multiple priorities
- Emotionally mature, discreet, calm under pressure
- Genuine love for animals and purpose-driven work
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with NGOs or CSR
- Financial modelling or consulting background
- Experience with CRM, dashboards, AI tools, or project management software
- Social media / storytelling capabilities
Location
Mumbai (with travel as needed)
