Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer role based in Navi Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, preparing expense reports, drafting correspondence, and offering executive support. The position also involves ensuring effective communication and coordination between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing the executive's time management, task prioritization, and overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and managing Expense Reports
- Experience in Executive Support and ensuring smooth coordination of activities
- Strong skills in Communication and Administrative Assistance
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
