Role Description
We are looking for a sharp, highly organised Senior Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Director's office. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role at the centre of a dynamic manufacturing group, requiring someone who can manage complexity, handle confidential matters with discretion, and operate with genuine ownership rather than just task completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and documentation preparation
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports and budgets
- Strong skills in Executive Support and ensuring operational efficiency for senior leadership teams
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to professionally interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools
- Prior experience in working with senior leadership in a corporate setting is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus
- Manage the Director's calendar, travel, and communications end-to-end — proactively resolving conflicts and anticipating needs
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents across manufacturing operations, HR, finance, and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with plant heads, department leads, and external stakeholders to track action items and ensure follow-through
- Handle sensitive business information — financials, HR matters, commercial data — with absolute discretion
- Manage a small team of administrative staff where required
What we are Looking for
- 5+ years in a senior EA or PA role, ideally supporting C-suite or Director-level stakeholders in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site business
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi; Marathi a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and communication tools
- Strong organisational skills — comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- High emotional intelligence, political awareness, and an ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA or management diploma preferred
