Finkraft.ai is hiring an Executive Assistant for the Founder’s Office.
We are an AI + fintech company solving real-world finance problems for large enterprises — GST/VAT recovery, travel invoices, reconciliation, compliance, and financial automation.
Our clients and ecosystem include leading organisations such as BCG, Bain & Company, Coca-Cola, Tata Group, World Bank, US Embassy, Abbott, Kohler, Qatar Airways and more.
This is a high-trust role for someone who wants to work close to the founder and use AI tools to turn messy business problems into clear execution.
What you will do
• Manage founder follow-ups, reminders, and daily task tracking
• Draft emails, WhatsApp messages, meeting notes, and action summaries
• Maintain hiring trackers, interview schedules, and candidate follow-ups
• Support investor notes, internal reports, and business documents
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Drive to improve speed and quality
• Coordinate with teams to close open tasks on time
Requirements
You should have
• Strong written English
• Good follow-up discipline
• Comfort with Excel / Google Sheets / Gmail
• Interest in AI tools and fast learning
• High ownership, discretion, and attention to detail
• Ability to work from HSR Layout office
