Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant to support the Head of Corporation in the Founder’s Office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in
government departments or PSUs, with strong exposure to coordination, scheduling, and administrative management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Founder’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Coordinate with government departments, PSUs, and key stakeholders for meetings and follow-ups.
- Handle end-to-end meeting management – scheduling, invitations, agenda setting, and MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
- Ensure smooth communication flow between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in prioritizing tasks, reminders, and daily planning for the Founder.
- Manage confidential documents, reports, and official correspondence.
- Follow up on important assignments and deliverables on behalf of the Founder’s Office.
- Facilitate appointments with senior officials and government authorities.
Key Requirements
- 5 –10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant.
- Mandatory experience in Government Departments / PSUs (current or previous).
- Strong experience in calendar management, scheduling, and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with senior government officials / bureaucrats
- Strong networking and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
