🚀 We're Hiring | Executive Assistant – Bharat Head & Operations

We're looking for a smart, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to work closely with the Bharat Head, supporting executive priorities, operations, digital communications, and technology-driven initiatives.
📍 Location: Nagpur (On-site)
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
What You'll Do
✅ Support executive planning, scheduling, and coordination
✅ Manage and track operational projects and priorities
✅ Create engaging social media content and digital campaigns
✅ Design presentations, creatives, and communication materials
✅ Build reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel
✅ Explore AI tools and modern technologies to improve productivity and automate workflows
✅ Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
✔ Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
✔ Understanding of social media marketing and content creation
✔ Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Canva AI, and other productivity platforms
✔ A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to solve problems independently
