3. Written Communication & Documentation • Draft and edit internal communications, briefs, announcements, reports, presentations, and executive documents. • Convert rough notes and CEO direction into clear, professional written communication. • Maintain organized executive documentation and important records. • Support internal Role Expectations, processes, and business documentation.
4. Weekly Execution Management • Support weekly priority planning and execution reviews. • Maintain CEO-level task and follow-up systems. • Track progress against weekly priorities and key organizational initiatives. • Prepare concise status updates for CEO review.
5. Cross-Functional Follow-Up • Coordinate with Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other functions. • Follow up on agreed deliverables without repeated CEO intervention. • Ensure information required for decisions reaches the CEO on time. • Escalate material delays or blockers appropriately.
6. Special Projects • Support CEO-led strategic and operational initiatives. • Conduct research and prepare concise summaries or recommendations. • Coordinate launches, internal initiatives, and improvement projects. • Take ownership of selected projects from assignment through completion.
