Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Art Director, based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves providing creative direction and leadership across various projects, while overseeing the branding and design processes. Daily tasks include developing innovative concepts, guiding graphic design teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual assets. The Executive Art Director will collaborate with clients and internal teams to align creative outputs with business and marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Creative Direction and Art Direction for branding and design projects
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with an eye for aesthetics
- Experience in Branding, working with visual identities and guidelines
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve design challenges
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and software
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in a similar leadership or creative role is an advantage
