Café Coffee Day is Hiring! | Architect Executive

Café Coffee Day is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect Executive to support
the design and execution of various CCD formats, including CCD Cafés, CDX, Kiosks, Mini
Cafés, and Micro Cafés in Malls.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
● Develop design concepts, layouts, sketches, 3D models, and visualizations based on
project requirements.
● Handle projects from initial design concept to GFC (Good for Construction)
approval and execution support.
● Prepare detailed architectural drawings and coordinate with project and execution
teams.
● Conduct site visits whenever required and ensure design feasibility.
● Develop cost-effective and commercially viable designs without compromising
quality and functionality.
● Strong understanding of construction materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and
material optimization.
● Suggest suitable and cost-effective materials based on cost, durability, aesthetics,
availability, and maintenance.
● Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams during project execution.
● AutoCAD, 3D Modelling & Visualization skills are mandatory.
● Good knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
● Strong sketching, space planning, design, coordination, and communication skills
required.
● Candidates from QSR, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, Café, Restaurant, or
Commercial/Mall Projects are preferred.
● Experience in concept design, GFC drawings, material selection, and project
execution will be an added advantage.
