Main Duties & Scope Of The Role
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds individual performance targets for applications processing and quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and maintain or reduce turnaround time (TAT).
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure the team is up-to-date with best practices and tools.
- Oversee the implementation of a thorough review process to maintain a high standard of application quality across the team.
- Ensure 100% compliance with application tagging procedures and accurate commission tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Processing Student Applications- Responsible for managing and reviewing student applications received through Studyin, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission in line with university requirements and internal guidelines.
Coordinating Global Application- Procedures Overseeing and facilitating a seamless and standardized application process across all Studyin offices, maintaining consistent communication and support for regional teams to ensure efficiency and adherence to best practices.
Service and Product- Expertise Continuously developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of Studyin’s range of services and educational offerings to effectively support students and provide accurate information to stakeholders. Support at Exhibitions and Events Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of university fairs, exhibitions, and Studyin promotional events, acting as a representative of the organization and providing on-site support to students and partner institutions.
Higher Education Promotion- Performing additional responsibilities related to the promotion of higher education, including participating in outreach activities, delivering presentations, and supporting marketing initiatives aimed at increasing student engagement and enrolment.
University and Partner- Liaison Acting as a point of contact for universities and their representatives, fostering strong professional relationships, addressing inquiries, and supporting collaborative student recruitment efforts.
Brand Development- Contributing to the ongoing development and visibility of the Studyin brand by upholding professional standards, supporting marketing campaigns, and enhancing the organization's presence in the education sector.
Client Relationship Management- Maintaining effective communication with prospective and current clients, ensuring high levels of customer service, managing expectations, and supporting the student journey from enquiry to enrolment. Professional Correspondence- Managing written and verbal correspondence with counsellors, universities, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner to ensure clear communication and follow-up on all relevant matters.
Email Management- Organizing, prioritizing, and responding to emails efficiently, ensuring important communications are addressed promptly and maintaining accurate records of correspondence.
About The Candidate (including Required Competencies) -
- Able to fill the University applications
- Good in email handling
- Able to scrutinize the student document
- Good typewriting speed
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command over English) Spoken & Written)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Requirements & Qualification
- 2 years of experience in the same field
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree is must.
