Position: Executive - Application Engineer
Location: Dombivli / Badlapur, Mumbai

Role Overview
We are looking for an Application Engineer who will work closely with the Design Department while also supporting Sales & Marketing activities.
This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer who enjoys customer interaction, application understanding, and solution-based selling of electromagnetic clutch and brake products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Electrical knowledge preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application engineering of:
- Electromagnetic clutches & brakes
- Motors, drives, or power transmission products
- Strong understanding of:
- Mechanical design basics
- Motor-driven systems
- Industrial applications
- Interest and aptitude for sales, customer handling, and marketing exposure.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically strong but customer-facing mindset
- Interested in growing into Technical Sales / Business Development roles
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing MSME environment
