Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive and Assistant Manager, located in Kolkata. The role involves managing daily operations, assisting senior management, coordinating with teams, overseeing projects, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities may also include preparing reports, conducting analysis, and contributing to the implementation of strategies to optimize company performance and ensure efficient workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and collaboration.
- Experience in project coordination, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical skills to assess data, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Kolkata.
- Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
