Job Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who doesn’t just “find deals” but knows which deals are worth chasing. This role is for someone deeply plugged into the affiliate ecosystem, with strong relationships across networks, advertisers, and partners—and the instinct to spot scalable, profitable opportunities before everyone else jumps in.
If you can negotiate payouts like a pro, spot a winning offer from a mile away, and understand how PPC, LeadGen, and E-commerce actually perform in the real world (not just in decks), we should talk.
Responsibilities -
- Develop, manage, and expand affiliate partnerships across worldwide (WW) markets
- Identify potential affiliates and networks, onboard them, and drive activation
- Monitor daily campaign performance, evaluate data trends, and implement optimisation strategies to maximize ROI
- Track conversions, assess traffic quality, detect fraud patterns, and manage affiliate payouts
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Network Operations, Advertiser Growth, Finance, and Tech to ensure seamless execution
- Create and present regular performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends, tools, platforms, and industry best practices
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in affiliate or performance marketing
- Strong practical knowledge of CPS and CPA performance models
- Proven experience handling international (WW) affiliate campaigns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
