EXECUTIVE Ads ManagerIf you are someone who understands paid media deeply, can drive results across platforms, and wants long-term growth in a fast-moving company — read carefully.

This is not just an execution role.
We are looking for someone who can run high-performing campaigns, think strategically, and eventually help train ad managers for both our internal team and the in-house marketing teams we build for clients under our Market Brand & Scale division.
What You’ll Do:• Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients
• Plan, launch, monitor, and scale paid campaigns across different business categories
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-backed decisions
• Improve lead quality, ROAS, conversion flow, and ad efficiency
• Work closely with content, design, and strategy teams to align campaigns
• Build campaign structures, testing systems, and reporting workflows
• Audit underperforming campaigns and identify scale opportunities
• Support our Market Brand & Scale projects by helping train in-house ads managers for client businesses
• Guide junior team members and help create stronger ad performance systems
• Contribute to strategic discussions on how paid media fits into broader business growth
Bonus if you also know:• SEO fundamentals
• Landing page thinking / funnel strategy
• Tracking, pixel setup, events, and reporting systems
• Performance copy and ad messaging
Who This Is For:• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of campaign strategy, testing, optimization, and scaling
• Someone who can manage multiple client accounts responsibly
• Ability to understand not just how to run ads, but why campaigns work or fail
• Comfortable training or mentoring junior media buyers over time
• Someone who wants to grow into a high-responsibility role
• Looking for long-term growth, not frequent job switching
Compensation:• ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 starting base salary
• Strong performance-based growth path
• After handling the first 5 projects, additional project-based incentives will be added
• Base pay can grow up to ₹60,000 within 6 months based on performance, responsibility, and efficiency
