Rohom Realty is a growing Mumbai-based real estate development firm focused on creating thoughtfully designed, high-quality developments with a strong emphasis on planning, systems, and long-term value creation.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to work closely with management and assist in the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations across administration, coordination, compliance, and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, calls, and day-to-day coordination
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, banks, lawyers, CAs, and other stakeholders
- Assist in HR and administrative functions including recruitment coordination, attendance, and documentation
- Support accounts and compliance processes including invoices, petty cash, expense tracking, RERA submissions, and MCGM-related follow-ups
- Compile, analyse, and coordinate quotations, work orders, contracts, and vendor documentation
- Assist in maintaining company records, databases, presentations, and internal systems
- Leverage AI tools and modern productivity software for research, drafting, reporting, data organization, workflow automation, and operational efficiency
- Support management in research, planning, execution, and process improvement initiatives
- Act as a reliable point of coordination between management and internal/external stakeholders
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, Canva AI, or similar productivity platforms
- Excellent communication and drafting skills in English
- Ability to read/write Marathi would be an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, follow-up ability, and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Prior experience in the real estate/construction industry preferred
