We're Hiring | Administrative Executive — Para Shooting Sports Technical Committee (STC), Paralympic Committee of India
India's Paralympic movement is growing — and we're looking for a motivated professional to support the administration of Para Shooting at the national and international level.
Role: Administrative Executive Location: Remote / Delhi NCR (as required) Reporting to: Chairman, STC – Para Shooting | PCI

What You'll Do
- Secretariat administration — letters, circulars, meeting minutes
- Event coordination — national championships, selection trials, training camps, international events
- Athlete & contingent records — databases, classification, accreditation, quota management
- Budget & finance support — proposals, tracking, invoices
- Liaison with state bodies, WSPS / IPC, coaches & classifiers
- Documentation & compliance as per IPC / WSPS norms
- Digital & social media coordination for official communications

Who We're Looking For
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Formal writing skills in English & Hindi
- Understanding of sports / para sports administration
- Remote work discipline & self-management
- Prior experience with NFs / NSFs / Para Sports bodies — preferred
- Familiarity with IPC / WSPS / Paralympic systems — advantage
Education: Graduate (BBA / B.Com / BA preferred) PG in Sports Management or Public Administration — added advantage

Compensation
Fresher (0–1 yr) → Rs. 22,000 / month Mid-Level (1–3 yrs) → Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 27,000 / month Experienced (3+ yrs in Sports / Para Sports) → Rs. 28,000 – Rs. 30,000 / month
