Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries
- Maintain confidential files and records with high integrity
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Assist in project coordination and follow-ups
- Manage office supplies and administrative processes
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
