Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administration professional at our Ahmedabad office. The role involves managing administrative tasks, organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient flow of communication across the organization. The selected candidate will provide support for project coordination, documentation, and ensure seamless office operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage schedules, meetings, and documentation effectively.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and team members efficiently.
- Experience in office management and administrative functions, including maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with finance, tax, and legal documentation processes is a required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced business environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Online Environment, softwares, meeting softwares, Excel, Word required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
