Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Administration role based in Kanpur. The Executive Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence. Responsibilities include organizing travel arrangements, maintaining records and files, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with follow-up on action items. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of confidentiality, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and proactively anticipate administrative needs.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email, and online collaboration platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional emails, reports, and presentations.
- Solid time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information and executive-level matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document review.
- Prior experience in executive support, office administration, or coordination roles, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Kanpur and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
