About the Role:

The Administration Executive supports the smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day functioning of MCO’s workplace in Hyderabad. This role focuses on assisting with facility operations, coordinating vendors, handling administrative activities, and supporting office initiatives under the guidance of senior operations leadership. The role is well-suited for a professional who is service-oriented, organized, and keen to learn facilities and workplace operations in a fast-paced IT environment. The position plays an important part in ensuring a positive employee experience, reliable infrastructure support, and compliance with workplace standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day facility operations, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office administration.
  • Assist in planning and executing seating arrangements and internal team relocations to ensure optimal space utilization.
  • Manage office budgeting, procurement, and expense tracking, ensuring cost control through efficient vendor management and optimized purchasing practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors for facility services and employee meals, raise service requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for the secure transit of laptops between the MCO office and IT depot.
  • Monitor workplace hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Maintain and update records related to vendor contracts, invoices, inventory, and asset tracking, including asset registers and disposal activities.
  • Support compliance with statutory, health, and safety requirements under the guidance of local leadership.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on all facility and administrative requests, ensuring prompt and effective support.
  • Provide administrative support, including travel coordination, accommodation bookings, global shipments and office logistics.
  • Coordinate logistics for employee engagement initiatives, CSR activities, internal events, and town halls/all-hands meetings.
  • Assist with employee onboarding / offboarding processes, including managing welcome kits, ID cards, and related logistics.
  • Assist in emergency preparedness activities, including drills, incident reporting, and basic root cause documentation.


Experience and Skills:

  • 5-8 years of experience in facilities, administration, and office operations, preferably in an IT or corporate environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; qualifications in administration, facilities, or operations are an advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and vendors.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Customer-service mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
