🚀 Walk-In Interview | Admin Executive – Procurement & Facility Operations
Company: Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Cyfuture, 5th Floor, Plot No. 126, NSEZ, Noida Sector 82
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)
Salary Budget: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month

🔹 Job Role: Admin Executive – Procurement & Facility Operations
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handling day-to-day office administration and facility operations
• Vendor coordination and procurement activities
• Managing housekeeping, pantry, office maintenance, and office supplies
• Raising purchase requests and coordinating with vendors for quotations and deliveries
• Maintaining records, invoices, and MIS reports
• Coordinating with internal teams for operational requirements
• Managing visitor handling and employee support activities
• Good email drafting and professional mail communication skills required
• Coordination for asset movement and office operational activities
🔹 Required Skills:
• Good communication and mail writing skills
• Experience in administration, procurement, or facility operations
• Strong vendor coordination and follow-up ability
• Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation
• Ability to handle multiple operational tasks independently
• Candidate must own a bike for office/vendor-related coordination work
🔹 Preferred Background:
Candidates from Admin, Facility Management, Procurement, Workplace Operations, or Office Administration background preferred.
