About the Role:
In this role of People Operations – Administration, you help in ensuring a seamless workplace experience for colleagues. This role goes beyond managing facilities and systems, it involves creating an efficient, well-supported work environment where people, processes, and technology work together smoothly.
You will support daily office operations, maintain infrastructure, and provide IT coordination to ensure the organization functions efficiently. This role offers hands on exposure across administration, workplace experience, and technology support, with opportunities to collaborate with Leadership, take ownership of initiatives, and contribute meaningfully to business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Workplace Operations
· Ensure smooth upkeep and maintenance of office facilities while managing daily essentials such as stationery, pantry supplies, and housekeeping requirements.
· Oversee and guide office support staff to maintain performance standards aligned with company policies and workplace expectations.
· Establish and monitor procedures and periodic audits to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic workplace environment.
· Maintain vendor databases, coordinate purchase requests, and support vendor payments in collaboration with the Accounts team.
· Manage office budgets, travel bookings, employee accommodation arrangements, and administrative filing systems.
· Coordinate internal events, meetings, and calendar schedules in collaboration with the People Operations Lead and Leadership team.
· Track daily expenses, prepare periodic administrative reports, and maintain accurate petty cash records.
· IT Coordination across Vendors
This role offers the opportunity to own and manage the operational backbone of the workplace, from office administration to IT Coordination. You will work closely with colleagues across teams, improve processes, and help build a workplace where both people and systems function effectively.
What We’re looking for:
2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role with a knack for detail, ability to maintain consistency, accuracy in processes with quality of work together with managing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations. A people-friendly mindset with the ability to influence and enforce procedures.
This role is based in Byculla Mumbai.
